Current families, if you haven’t yet completed the process, please bring your Proof of Residency document to complete the re-enrollment process.

Prospective families who are interested in enrollment may expedite the registration process by coming prepared with the following:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Residence
Parent ID (for primary, custodial parent)
Immunization Records
